Description

HOW TO DESIGN, MONITOR AND EVALUATE IN HIGH RISK ENVIRONMENTS

In the wake of the UN's new Sustainable Development Goals, demands on RBM in fragile settings are becoming more stringent. Yet programme and project designers and managers who work in such situations face a unique set of challenges, where information is often scarce and operational presence, high risk. Practitioners need to enhance their programme design skills as well as their monitoring and evaluation capabilities. This interactive course equips participants with practical skills that can be put to immediate use.

Watch the course video.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is for experienced practitioners operating in fragile situations. These include:

  • national peace and security officials and policymakers
  • technical advisors/programme officers from local and international political and security agencies
  • civil society operators

It is not intended for professional evaluators.
