Description

Climate change is perhaps the century’s greatest security threat, with the potential to magnify the impact of a host of global challenges, from armed conflict and migration to water, food and health security. This course is designed to equip participants with both conceptual and practical tools to advance understanding of climate change and its impact on global, regional and local security environments and to help devise workable solutions for this multifaceted challenge.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The course is designed for policy makers, representatives of civil society and corporate leaders who are or will be involved in designing policies for dealing with the consequences of a more extreme climate.
